Conduit 2 Gets A Release Date and Sexy new Video

Sega have announced that monster Wii shooter Conduit 2 has finally been given a street date. 18th March is the day that Wii owners who actually like games rather than dancing can get their hands on this awesome looking title.

The game, created by High Voltage Software features some cool weapons and stunning graphics that prove the Wii has life in it for real gamers yet. If only there were more developers willing to create titles like this for Nintendo’s machine. Or Nintendo themselves for that matter.

Conduit 2 will feature support for Wii Motion Plus to give make the controls more responsive than the first game. It will also include new online modes including on-line and off-line co-op modes as well as a new and more expansive 12-player online competitive multi-player mode with larger and more intricate indoor and outdoor battlefields. And it introduces Team Invasion Mode, the new co-op mode where players will be able to battle side-by-side with up to four friends on the same screen. Additionally Team Invasion Mode can als0 be played online.

The Conduit 2 will set a new bar for online multi-player games on the Wii with great new gameplay modes and improved security. On top of that Conduit 2 features a fantastic new single player adventure that will blow the minds of fans of the original game,” said Gary Knight, European Marketing Director at SEGA Europe.

“The support for the original has been amazing,” added Eric Nofsinger, Chief Creative Officer at High Voltage Software. “The fans have always been a major factor in our development process and their continued enthusiasm has helped make Conduit 2 even better.” These are the kind of words we welcome at G4A.
